Pause + Play Picnic as we unplug in nature and explore connection with one another. Bring your blanket, a pillow for comfort and your picnic lunch. We will connect through play, meditation and breathwork. Designed to be an intuitive release to see what unfolds as we join together. We will break out of our normal day to day routines, lay down all expectations, and unplug.
